LDJ初戦終了しましたね

先週末にLDJ初戦が始まり、南出さんが連勝

300yほどの記録だったようですが、おそらくかなりのアゲンストだったと予想します。

一回打ってみたいです。試打会ないんかなー？！やっぱドラコンってマイナースポーツ。。

初戦参加したかったんですが、娘の誕生日だったので、家族サービスへ変更。
そのかわり、打ちっぱでおもいっきり打ってきました。

肘不調なんで、今週は腕トレーニングなし。足のみ

ヘッドスピードも55-57くらいで
500球打っても遅くも早くもならん。ヘッドスピードってもしかしたら、自分のスイングテンポの速さ？！って感じてます。
テンポはやしてみよかな？

早く60の壁をぶち破りたい

longdriving comp was started frm last wkd. i didnt enroll it but i saw some result.
minamide san the current champ won in a row, pretty strong guy.
it seems like his new club xhot driver work out well.
wanna try it one day.

anyway i wanted to join the comp but amiea birthday is more important than this.
i think amie had a enjoyable day.
instead of going to the comp, i hit 500balls at driving rnge, for 2hours non stop swing was fullon.
i think i did a good training.

but my swing speed seems nothing change,even i hit 500, speed was still the same, no faster,no slower.
this might be something frm my body rotating speed?!need a research.
