car inspection, jap roadworthy

i just brought my car to the inspection. last time i paid over 1600aud including taxes n parts fee.

this time i did a super tightass way.
all i did was to clean and adjust a breaks.

did not change oilies. they said its better to change a breakoil,LLC liquid,automatic oil blah blah blah..

everyone know its better if u change.every parts.

i really cant understand why automobile manufactuere makes car difficult to change the important oils..
if.its so important, then make it easy and we can do it home!

anyway this time i paid 850bucks including tax...then i thought why i paid double last time...
i know i changed belt and plug.
probably all the liquids?!

car inspection is every second.year.
i might try to change some liquids by myself.
