5am today
i woke up 5am for training, sleepy...
when i got off frm bed, i heard small voice, dada...
then it became loudet,DADA-*'♪+＆/
yah our little one woke up and she was fully genki!
she want me to stay, so i couldnt go to training.
its okey , ill do some tonight.
this saturday im challenging the indoor longdriving comp.
hope i can hit decent one!

yah 34yo today(^^)
its my birthday today, and i feel good,happy and confident(^o^ゞ
i can be optimistic and i still have a dream and next year we probably goin back to australia for holiday again!
these things motivate me every day life! Amie and Sophie are. happy and healthy which is good.
this year i wanna try to find a new job! see how it goes!
so the day began, i hope my 34yo is going to be another happy year!

just a lazy...in autum
when i woke up @5am this morning. my left hip seems alright.
i really dont know why i had a pain in my hip anyway.
so my body is fully ready to work out but my brain...
my brain said,
hey ken, take it easy its still 5am and friday! just go back to bed again...
then i answered
oh yah thats good idea, it seems a bit of raining and still dark out there...
so i went back to bed and slept.again @ the couch.
30mins later, i woke up again and oh....gosh i thought
fuck again, i couldnt wake up...
im getting lazy! specially its getting nice tempature, sleepin is so much comfy.
this is not good, i need to work out!
i think i need a confidence more.
how can i get back my motivation of workout!?

did u know beer price in Germany?
i donno how many ppl know the beer price in Germany.
i thought japan must be one of the cheap est alkie country...
wroooong...
beers in Germany are far more cheaper and better than japan.
like this 500ml good whitebeer,it only costs 60cents....
cheapest beer in japan should be 100yen,330ml, tastes waterish.not beer, beer tastes alcohole anyway.
why its so cheap, i have an answer.
1.beer glass bottles are refundable and they reuse them.
2.tax for food and beer are lower.
3.germans drink a lot, more consumer than here i assume.
these might be a reason.for the price.
but its too cheap hey!

i think i injured my lefthip somehow. it started to be in a bit of pain yesterday afternoon.
this morning i supposed to go for a jog but cant even walk normal.
i put the medicine sheet on it and see how it goes.
i recently feel the age...close to 34.
my metabolism is slower and easy to put on a weight. fuckin hard to get rid of...
and muscle pain happen late next day and it takes three day to get back...
if i have done a bit of extra workout, i injured it often.
and it took 10 to 14days to cure...
this is my examination...
im thinking to test my progress in longdriving,.i might join in the indoor competition at the end of this month.
see how much i could improve or.not. crossing my fingers!
