AWESOME present from Matt and Beverley　マットとベバリーからの最高のプレゼント

First of all, I would love to say THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH MATT and BEVERLEY!!
This present was by far awesome present I ever got it!

Now I can explain what the present was.
Matt and Beverley gave me a Caravan of courage, Hamish and Andy DVD with their signatures on!!
Furthermore, They filmed with Hamish and Andy at the chadstone shopping center~~
Sooo jealous!

Since I have been listening Hamish and Andy show for last few years.
I think I am the biggest fan from Japan!

That was the best present ever got!!
I was suprised that they went to Chadstone shopping center to buy this DVD for me.
Think about that, I was so happy to watch this DVD.
And DVD was funny as usual.

I just sent an email to Hamish and Andy show to say thanks.
And I think Im gonna visit their station in NOV if possible! that would be fun.

Thanks again Matt and Beverley, you guys are legenddddd!!

Winning the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship was a goal of mine ever since I first peeled off four bills (400 yards) -- as a 17-year-old, in 2005. That's when I was splitting time between playing junior hockey and training for long drive. In the beginning of 2008, I stopped doing competitive hockey, and the decision to focus on golf paid off. I hit it 418 yards in the finals to win my first world championship -- and $250,000. Jason Zuback's five titles are a long way away, but I hope that's my future. I definitely don't want a 9-to-5 job.

ファンというよりもストカーかも。。笑

結構色々な雑誌にのっているけども、これが去年でてたなかで一番キレイに写ってた。

とにかくあのバックスイングとダウンスイングのため、インパクトの腕、振り切りのバランスのよさ
どれをとってもおれにはないものやしうらやまし。。

早く４００Y飛ばしたいな。。　Jamie と色々語って見たいなーアダムススポンサーなってくれんかな。。夢だけは大きく、スイングは早く。。

Strength and speed are great if you have them, but any player can produce added power with proper mechanics and good balance.


Tee It High This sounds pretty basic, but if you want to achieve the proper launch, you can’t be afraid to tee it plenty high.	Low and Slow A lot of players make the mistake of picking the club up quickly, which reduces the swing arc.	Full Extension You’ve got to make your swing arc as big as possible if you want to create maximum speed.	Shoulders Are Key You can’t let your arms do all the work. Try to get your shoulders turning around your spine.

Weighty Matters Don’t let your body weight get stranded on your front side. Feel it in your right thigh and heel.	Max Out This is a lot like John Daly in his prime. If you can keep turning so the clubshaft goes past parallel, do it!	Store It Up Look at the angle between the clubshaft and right wrist. That’s a ton of power being saved up for impact.	Don’t Cast That angle is still there though the arms have moved in front of the body. This is awesome storage.

Get Leverage firm left side. Storing power won’t help you if you don’t hit against a fixed position, like a	Let it go There’s no hold back here! The club is moving straight down the target line with no holding on.	Keep it going If you quit on the shot, you’ll rob yourself of power. Keep that right side moving through the swing.	Comfort Zone A balanced finish shows you’ve made a swing with good mechanics and efficient energy transfer.

Power from within. We admit, this issue isn’t the first Golf Tips magazine-produced issue to feature the long-hitting Jamie Sadlowski. Needless to say, we just can’t get enough of this 21-year-old’s prodigious power. His wiry, athletic build and precision eye-hand coordination has proven to be a winner, having just captured back-to-back RE/MAX World Long Drive Championships (’08-’09).

Impressive, isn’t it? Sadlowski is able to harness an incredible amount of power, thanks to not only his strength, but also his ability to add a tremendous amount of width and wrist angle (lag) to his backswing. In the photo above, which shows the onset of his downswing, Sadlowski’s incredible wrist angle preserves a significant amount of power in his swing. When you can hold this angle, energy is stored that later can be released directly into the golf ball.

Also, Sadlowski’s wide stance not only helps create a wider swing, but also serves as a means to create a ton of torque between the upper and lower body in the backswing. The more angle between the upper body and lower body, otherwise known as the “X-Factor,” the more torque the body has, which then leads to a faster release.

No wonder he’s so long. He has tremendous lag in the hands and an insane amount of body torque.

This is what Sadlowski tries to avoid. Any collapse at the top of the swing will cause the swing arc to shrink, resulting in a big loss of power. It also makes holding the right spine angle more difficult.

By extending his left arm, Sadlowski ensures a long, wide backswing. Now, it may not look wide because of the ample wrist cock, but don’t be fooled. Sadlowski has taken a huge backswing—as wide as he can, actually.

Practice using two tees placed behind the ball to encourage more width (as Sadlowski does). It will help you take a longer and lower backswing. But, don’t forget the followthrough. As Sadlowski demonstrates, a full extension after contact is equally important.

ジェミーサドロスキーがなんですごいかを簡単に説明してる記事を見つけた。

めっちゃ簡単に言うと、柔らかい。ほんで早いでも100キロのベンチプレスできるみたい。。

下の絵を見たらわかると思うけど、かなり捻りがすごい、、、しかも21歳ってすごいな、、

"I compete against big humans, but I don't want to bulk up," says Sadlowski, 21, of St. Paul, Alberta.
"Because I'm lean, I can get in positions other long drivers can't."
To identify those positions, we enlisted the help of Motion Golf, a company that creates 3-D swing animations of players with sophisticated cameras.
Sadlowski's power, the company concluded, comes from the incredible torque he generates: He turns his shoulders 166 degrees, but his hips move only 49 degrees, creating an "X-Factor stretch" of 117 degrees.

"That's off the charts," says Golf Digest Teaching Professional Jim McLean, creator of the X-Factor concept.
"Tiger is somewhere in the 85-degree range."
The naturally flexible Sadlowski said he stretches for twenty minutes before and after every workout.
He does a lot more cardio work than weightlifting. Still, he can bench-press 230 pounds.
His power tip: "Think swing fast, not hard."

Birthday with Pual san etc

I had a good birthday with Paul. The food was pretty good in his kinda friends restaurant.
Specially Tune dish was good.

I thought we gonna party all night but in the 30s, we cannot stay up late like old time... so we decided to head off after dinner.

But I was happy that my mates texted me the message and Paul organized the party, and Matt left me birthday wishes! What the nice day.

Thanks everyone! it was good day!

誕生日はポールの友達のレストラン？定食屋？で小さなパーティーをした。　結構食べた。。びっくりするくらい。
でもめっちゃ疲れてて、北新地をあるいてたら人に酔った。。

まあまあ、んで多分オールやろうとおもって気合いれてたけど、やっぱ32歳、、
10時ですでにアウト、、オールはやっぱ無理やしかえってきた。

ワインとビールを混ぜたせいか頭痛いし、まあ生きてた。

でもいろんな友達からメッセージとか電話とかもらえて幸せな一日でした。

Review my 31 years old,　31歳総括

Im about to be 32 years old,,, wow I cant believe Im 32 years old tomorrow...

Reviewing my year 31 y/o, it was good, specially at the end part like last 2 months.
Despite my 6 balls out of bounce in the long driving competition.
Anyway Paul is organizing the birthday party tomorrow at some restaurant.
I dunno whats gonna happen but it should be fun and Im happy that at least a few people care of my birthday!! This is the best thing.
Today Tanaka san remembered my birthday which was good. And Y san sent me a coming birthday wishes etc.

I am sure my year 32 will be the good year as usual!! And cant wait to go back to AUSTRALIA!

明日で32歳になる、うわーーー信じられん。。
３1歳はどうやったやろ？　結構はじめは色々あったし、あんましええとしちゃうなーって
厄年かなーって思ったときもあったけども、2ヶ月前ほどからなんかええかんじ。
まあドラコン大会で6発OBぶちかましてから吹っ切れたんかもね！

明日はポールさんやらが誕生日会をしてくれるみたいで、なんかオールの予感
大丈夫かな、、結構おっさんやし早く寝てます。
でも何人かが誕生日を覚えてくれてて、田中さんやYさんもちょっと早くのおめでとうメッセージもくれたし嬉しい限りです。　
ほんまに32歳はいい年になる気が！　オーストラリアにも戻れるし！
このまま突っ走りそうです！
