Not in a good shape,

I've been trained for a month at gym.
I could lift up heavier wights now
but my swing is same as before!
How come?
Speed training might be different with wight training?!

I hit 200balls and I feel not energetic at all...  Hmm mm maybe getting a bit older?

I keep on training myself, I'm gonna get rid of my fat belly belt!
Fire up!
