Do you train this, "barstarzz"? With body, with weights, with kettlebells, crossfit, etc. I am going to Japan from Sweden in july for three weeks and want to train with japanese people in Kyoto, Tokyo, Osaka! How could I find people? I am also thinking of going to a gym, can you recommend some in those cities?

Thanks for contacting me. And you are the first person to ask me about Barstarzz in Japan.

Im a big fan of Barstarzz team, so that I posted the add on my web if some people might have an interest.

BUT...nobody were interested in.

So I do train myself because I am a longdrive competitor in Golf.
I basically work out with my body weight.

Anyway answering your question about gym in Japan.

This is the fitness club list. BUt most ofthem, you need to be a clubmember.which cost extra money.

As far as I know, I cannot find the web which they do training as a barstarzz in Japan.

But many people do running in japan.
Osaka Castle is the famous spot for running.

I searched the web (google) for japan+barstarzz and found your blog, but little else! But I also googled crossfit+japan and found this:

Hehe, you need to train for golf? ;) Maybe we can train together? I come from Sweden (not very warm) and have never been to a warm country which is very humid (much water in air) so I look forward to workout in that weather! Yes, I'm going to Kyoto, you want to meet up? I'm reading a guidebook right now and will go to Kyoto perhaps in the beginning, then I don't know, and then Tokyo in the end. I wanted to go to Okinawa for the beaches and dolphins but it's very expensive to go by plane or boat there!
