day 4

day 4

i started to wake up 5am and work out.

today i woke up and soooooo sleepy,.i snoosed my alarm three times and finally managed to wake up.
brushes my teeth and headed out.

as soon as went out, i felt much better. freash morning air, not too cold not too warm.

i jogged slowly to wake me up.

jogging was ok, getting a bit more confidence minute by minutes.

finished jogging, swang my golf club a bit.

then i started chin ups....

dunno why but first 10times, it was so hard..i almost couldnt do it.
so next rap, 8times and died...
today was weak day..

i totally had dobe 40ups...but wasnt good.

last timeci felt my power got increaed but now i feel the same.

training is not fuuuun......(ToT)
