this present made my day all good at the end of the day, even though i had a tough working day with a big complaint happened..
i felt so much relaxed now because of this.
it reminds me Australia, actually i remembered the Australia air smell.
i dunno why but all the good memories came back in my head and now i feel so much relaxed.

End of the day?! When?
just wondering When was the end of the day from Mayan?? It seems like nothing was happen,,, But I assme they had a pretty much high astrology,, there might be something related. I feel a bit wired somehow. Hope nothing happen!! マヤの予言っていつやったかな？ 何もないとこからは何もおこらんから なんかあるんやろうなって思うけど、まあなんもないことを祈ろう。 なんかあるなら、４００ｙ飛ばせる筋力おれにくれーって感じ。。なんのこっちゃ。。

L-1 南出さんが優勝したみたいですねー402y！
さすが、早く追い付きたいところです。
先日の室内大会で南出さんのショットみましたが、やはり王者の貫禄が。。たぶん同い年なはずですがおれはまだまだ、
練習しなければ！

明日はクリスマスイヴ！我が家でもデコレーションが完成しクリスマスムードです。

アンダーカウル調整中
やっとアンダーカウルの調整が完了。。
安いもの買うと結局手間かかって、満足いく所まではかなり時間がかかる。
あとは塗装だけやけど、まだまだ出来そうにない
まあ焦ってないしゆっくり仕上げよう。
i iust finished the adjusting of underkaul. it took much longer than i expected...thats because i was too stingy to buy the right one.
i bought kinda doggy one..
now i feel i shouldve buy the real right one.
anyway next step will be painting, hardest part of this.
its not urgent to do,,,take some more time and ill do it sloooowly!

手首のケガ wrist injury
週2-3でトレーニングしてたここ半年以上、初めてのちっこいケガ(T-T)
先週頃から手首が痛くなったので休憩中...
なんか休むとせっかく鍛えたのが全部無くなりそうでなんか不安になる
なんで痛めたのかわからんが、吉田コーチに教えてもらった日も結構痛かった。。もうすぐ１週間たつなー
はよなおってほしいところ。。
dunno where and when i injured my wrist but its been over a week that,it hurts me a bit when i swing.
so i did not go for workout this week, besides its bloody cold ouside..
ive been workin out seriously over 6months,maybe more.
now i feel im getting weaker,thats only coming frm i couldnt train for a week... its weired feelin i feel im like an adicted bodybuilder.
im still not pumped up so much.
anyway i take a break a few days more.

吉田一誉コーチレッスンコスパ最高
本日は藁にもすがるおもいで、梅田ゴルフクラブの吉田一誉コーチのレッスンを受けにいって来ました！
最近飛距離も伸び悩み、筋力は上がっているのに、飛距離は少ししか変わらず、おかしい。。。と悩んでいました。
今日吉田コーチに見てもらい
自分でもなんとなくわかっていたが、改善できないところを
意図も簡単に発見していただき、かなり直りました。
手だけで振っていたおれ、ドラコン選手によくある振り方になっていたようです。
自分でもどうやったら、足のパワーでスイングできるのか
わからなかったのですが
今日でその悩みも解消できスッキリした気分です！
吉田コーチの雑誌も持っていましたが、やはり頭ではなく、実際に教えてもらわないとわからないなと思いました！
今日は6500円x2名で
あのレッスン内容からすると破格のコストパフォーマンスです！
みなさんも梅田ゴルフクラブの室内レッスン行ってみてください！
飛びがかわるはず！
私は絶対変わります、明日からこの新しいスイングに体をならし
来年は！(*^^*)
でも本当はドラコン選手にはいってもらいたくないのですが。。。(笑)

ドライバーの耐久性は？ Driver club durability
最近ふと感じた。。。 ドラコン選手のドライバーの耐久性ってどんなもんやろ？ どれくらいで交換すべきなんやろう？ まあ私はヘッドスピード５８付近やし、そんなに特別ものすごいわけでもないが。。 なんか気になる。 だれか教えてくれんかなー I am just wondering how long the driver lasts... If we hit hard,,,should I buy every year ? But my club headspeed is not so fast,,so it shuold last longer. like forever? Maybe shaft might snap before the head get damaged. Dunno,,,,does anyone know?

007 with burbon
昨日の夜は007の映画をみながら、
バーボン飲んで、ビール飲んで
ふときづいたら。。。
寝てた。。。
もう朝
しかも頭痛いし。。。。
よう考えたら、昨日は朝からトレーニングして、１日忙しく
疲れてたんでノックアウトでした。
明日はまた走らねば。
watched 007movie last night drinkin the burbon.
and now its morning and i just remember first 30mins...
yah i passed out, i was so tired frm a morning workout.
busy day made me exausted.
ive got a bit of hangover now, feel crap to go for work..
but just one more day to the wkd!

暖気の季節
暖気が必要な季節になってきましたー
キャブ車なんで気をつけてます。
２週間ぶりでしたが、調子良くスタート出来ました。
its the season i need my bike to warm up before hit a road.
i could start my bike usually even this had been a twe weeks since i started an engine.
now i feel my hike is in a good condition except for rear suspention!

梅田ゴルフクラブ umeda golfclub
もちろん、ドラコンドライバーを一人で万ぶりです。
びっくりしたことに、吉田一誉先生がいました、恐れ多いので声もかけられずヘタレな私。
でも今日は大坪代表にtipをコーチしていただきました。
いやーええこときけました。
私のお尻プッり癖も指摘いただき
バックスイングでもっていきかた、手首の伸張反射の使い方など
教えて頂き、参考になりました。
バーチャルで打ってみると
ヘッドスピード61m/sで303yほど最大ででました。まあヘッドスピードは甘めだと思いましたが。。
今日はいい練習でした！
組合の皆様にも、一人だけウルサイ音ですいんませんでしたー(笑)
次は吉田コーチにお願いしたいっすねー
today i practiced at umeda golfclub indoor with our workmates and association member.
i was surprised there was a famous longdriving coach Mr.yoshida. but he was coaching others. anyway today i learned good tips to increase swing power and correct sequence.
i tried that swing way and i felt my swing speed increased abit.
feels a bit more smooth.
i might try to go there again and ask Mr yoshida to teach his technic. i hope its not gonna be exy.
thanks anyway for letting me to try this lesson to the brush association!

220mphのボールスピード、メートルになおすと98ms....
おれなんて80出れば最高にうれしいくらい。。。先は長い
色んな動画がみれるけれども、この二人はぶっとんでる、ライアンは野球のバックグラウンドがあり、パワーがありそう。
ジェイミーはアイスホッケーで鍛えた足腰とものすごい身体能力
おそらく、インナーマッスルが半端ないはず！あと手首。。
おれも来年はヘッドスピード10上げて、日本の上位に食い込みたいなー
