i just started to train the pelvis which i assume the most important muscle for the sports.
also i started skipping lately!
30 mins skipping is good exce.
anyway i heard inline skating is great for pelvis. i skate 1hour every wkd.
im abt to be in the golden week(^-^)/furck yarhhie. today is the last day working this week('-^*)/
and cant wait to catch up with Paul!
