これは難しいけどこれさえマスターすればアッパー軌道に変えられる！

Tanaka san gave me a great tip to change my swing, it was such easy things but changing ur own style is one of the hardest!
I know how to change in my head but my body doesnt work together!
This is gonna be a good excersize!!
