I will back to write the normal blog from today,
It was kinda tough work to write down the Australia trip diary! but it was fun!
Anyway Ive been working out a bit harder than before, thats because I gained 3.5kg after went to Australia. And then Im now back to 70kg which is 1kg heavier than before.
The point is my strength is not much difference last 6 months, only a bit stronger..
And I feel my swing speed is as same as before...
I think its time to work out more,,,
So I decided to train harder in the gym and try to swing faster!
I was looking for the right excersize and I found the one!!
Its a medicine ball throwing!! This must be good for my core muscle!
Just got a 5kg medicine ball and now time to do it!!
Ive been doing it last couple day in a row, oh--yah it is working in my stomach and back.
I guess this training should be good for quick swing!!
オーストラリア旅行記も終了、日本語ではめんどくさかったのでかかんかったけど
やっと通常ブログに戻りました。
今回は筋トレ、、メディシンボール買っちゃった。
最近結構鍛えてたけどあんまし変化なし、なんか4・5ヶ月一緒くらいの力やし
そろそろ新しいトレーング方法を探してたらみつけた。
メディシンボールトレーニング、これを思いっきり投げる
座って横に投げたり、上に投げたり
ドラコン練習にいいみたい!って書いてあった。
ここ数日やってるけどこれが結構効いてるみたい!
3ヶ月後が楽しみ、絶対ヘッドスピード延びると思う!
