day 4
day 4
i started to wake up 5am and work out.
today i woke up and soooooo sleepy,.i snoosed my alarm three times and finally managed to wake up.
brushes my teeth and headed out.
as soon as went out, i felt much better. freash morning air, not too cold not too warm.
i jogged slowly to wake me up.
jogging was ok, getting a bit more confidence minute by minutes.
finished jogging, swang my golf club a bit.
then i started chin ups....
dunno why but first 10times, it was so hard..i almost couldnt do it.
so next rap, 8times and died...
today was weak day..
i totally had dobe 40ups...but wasnt good.
last timeci felt my power got increaed but now i feel the same.
training is not fuuuun......(ToT)

morning workouts
thats because ive been slack of working out and ate too much.
all the things i ate streight onto my belly....
counldnt fit my old suits and felt a bit heavier...
i will do 3 time a week for a morning workouts which i call it Asa-tre朝トレ！

RHCP was in Freiburg!! i went there!
im on my way back home in helsinki airport.
i couldnt use WiFi at the hotels i stayed in...it said.WiFi is free and available but everyone using it so it ended up super duper slow connection and i could get a 5sec connection every 5mins...
anyway now i wanted.to update my story so far,because i encounter the RHCP!
when i was walking along the freiburg street after work. i found a RHCP concert flyer!
i was soooooooo psychoed.
all my tiredness was blown away.
i seriouly looked for a doorticket and i went to buy some souvenir quickly.and the staff at the store looked lile hardcore musician,so i asked the jazzhouse!
my prediction was right he knew where it is. and he showed it me on the map.fuck yahhhhh
i had to meet up my coworker from.8 to have a dinner.
but i though RHCP is far more important than this meal.
i thought fuck.that dinner and i decided to buy a ticket.
so i headed to the jazzhouse!
according to that guy, it is next to huge concert hall.
but he said it has a small entrance.
i did not have any doubt about this small entrance at the time.
so i walked around concert hall.
but i thought its gonna be a loong line waiting...but there is no flyer or ppl who wear RHCP tshirts...
but i thought yes i can get a ticket for sure!!
then keep looking for the entrance but i couldnt...
so i asked the guy who looks like my age.
this guy was nice guy i ever met in Germany.
i showed this photo below and said im looking for the jazzhouse.
he said its right there,i will take you,man. its a small place...
then we startes talkin and told him how come such big artist come but there is nobody uphere?
this guy said, yeah i thought when i saw this flyer, its no way jazzhouse can have a RHCP!
and i looked closer!i foundvout its a PIPERS!! its not peppers man.
look at the photo again.
i did samething like you!hhaahaha
then we got to jazzhouse...and he left with smiling.
i was a bit pisses off,i used my freetime looking for this jazzhouse and pippers!!!!lol
but this was kinda fun and ive got a story anyway.lol

Finish packing
Phew,,, everything is done!
Tomorrow Im going to Germany! this time our schedule is easy I guess.
But as I seem to forget something easily,, i have to be careful,,,
Like forget the passport or wallet...no way....
anyway i will be in Germany from tomorrow, I wish I could have a time to catch up with Nobu..but it seems I will not have any spare time.

oh my gooooosh
goooosh,whats wrong with me...
i forgot a looot...
today i found out i forgot an important file in my company.
as im going to biz trip germany frm tomorrow, but i forgot an itinerary and entry tickets, flight ticket...damn whats wrong with me...
then today i forgot to pick up my suits to the shop...so i basically cannot pack anything until tomorrow...
oh my gosh...
i think im getting old or just do not care anything abt trip?
anyway im gonna pick up the file to my office tomorrow..damn it
