Today I went to the driving range with my co-workers.
Two of them were the first time to play golf. But Koh-san who is my subordinates husband did pretty well for the first time, he was better than my first time.
And Okamoto san, she did well as well. I guess it is a bit harder for girls to play golf for the first time. because girls normally have a less power.
Anyway we hit about 150balls each today and they got so tired, but I was not,,,
Oh-yah I could hit the 300Y sign for a couple time, which made me very happy.
I felt Im improved. hehehehe
So after golfing, I took them a short sightseeing tour to Uji city.
After that they were like dead fishes in the car... no talking, sleeping..
So I decided to take them to the station for heading back.
Now Sophie is out with her mates and I am so bored..
I logged in Skype but nobody there, messenger nobody...
And I wanted to know the address of Matt home, but Matt wasnt picked up his phone.
I was glad I called Matt parents and they sounded very good. happy about that.
Its 21:00 now, maybe I will play some games and call it for a day.

My ordinal Saturday
This Saturday was another my ordinal Saturday.
My Sat is that wake up at 6:30 and see Sophie off her work.
Then go and help my mum's farm from 7:30 to noon. I biked to firm which is pretty fun.
Because here is a bit of slope to go there.
Today I picked up heaps of eggplants and fixed and fertellized to the leeks.
Then Had a lunch with my grand-ma and others at their vege-shop.
Coming back to my parents home and took a nap for 30mins.
Around that time, my sister and her son Daigo came up and play with them.
My phone rang around 15:00, Sophie finished her work and came back to my parents home.
then we got some veges from my mum, headed back to home..
Now I am watching TV, having a relax time and get ready for driving range practice for tomorrow!! heheheheh
This is my normal weekend...nothing much happening hey..
I need you guys to come up here and take me outtttttt! LOL

Road trip to Ako
We went to Ako in Hyogo pref last sunday.
We supposed to go to the beautiful beach but the beach in Ako was kinda family beach.
As you can see the photos, there is a beautiful site there. But the beach was not so good.
We were expected the white sand and clean water though..
We drove around the Ako city and it was nice road trip.
We stop at the small sea food shops and saw a traditional dance.
On the way back there was about 17km traffic jam due to the 3days holiday.
We watched the golf UK competition in our car back to home.
Beside the traffic jam, it was nice to visit somewhere we never been.
It was a nice 3 days holiday with my wife!!

I deserve this holiday
We are in the 3days holiday from today. I think I deserve this!!
Because Ive been working hard again from July, because I was transfered from Purchasing dpt to operation dpt which all the incoming order and complaints come... And I have got 3 subordinates,,,
My work gets double and longer working time as before
but the salary is same,,,wtffff
I complained this situation but the company said we pay you a manager benefit..
I said to them, this benefit has been in my salary from ages ago, maybe from 2nd year even I didnt have any subordinate! And they say nothing, they say this is the manager benefit..
I didnt say to them but this manager benefit is only 15000yen, 150bucks... Ive been working over time more than 20 hours normally, so my salary per hour is 700yen>?
Nobody call this manager benefit, we call this manager loss or company abuse...
My motivation is now negative 100%, If I dont get a pay rise next year, I might change the job.
Do you guys know any job for me?

Sophie is now full time Caddy san,
Sophie just got a fulltime golf caddy yesterday. She passed the test.
Now she is real caddy.
I am happy of her decision. I know Caddy is a pretty hard job. Because she walks 10km a day.
But I feel she is much more healthy than before.
She can do this job until she wanna change it.

Photo from our apartment
I finally could hook up my PC and our new TV.
My motherboard doesnt have a dual display sysytem..which made me crazy.
Bcuz I bought a HDMI cable but it didnt work somehow...and bought a another cable...
And now it works well but I still dont have a proper audio cable...so the sound comes from other audio system. I need to fix it next week/
Recently my PC 
is not doing good, it is crashing often...specially when I turned on.
Itreboots automatically?!?! I dont think I can fix this but I guess it shuold be ok.
Anyway I attached some pics from our apartment.
Last one is my golf club,,hehhehe I went to driving range to day and hit 500 balls,,,,
it was too much for me,,,my muscle got soooo tired now.
Better go bed now...gnite guys.
Hagimon
Hagimon was back here for renewing his drivers license from Tokyo this week.
We had a good time with him.
He will be playing as a DJ in Tokyo next weekend! That will be his first play!
But unfortunately we cant come up there.
We hope he have a good time!!
