
i got a rental car at sixt, i had a good experience last time but not this time…
i returned a car at the suggested place but there was nobody at front desk...they put a sign, we.are temporary closed.
i thought they might be in a small break, bcuz it was 17:00.
and then waited for 30mins...
nobody came back…wtf i called customer service, they said please drive to another place to return. its only 1mile away.
how can i get back to here then?
please use the shuttle bus, they might go to your hotel…
why are they closed? there should be open til 19:00.

im afraid you cant but please ask hotel lobby to keep it. (because rental car desk is in the part of hotel)

i should have not waited at the first time, it was just killing the time.

i should not expect the same service level as japan!
