Great time in Germany but...

I took my parents to Germany 2 weeks ago.

And also my sister's family did joined us.

Oh man, overall it was great trip. We could visited Opa cemetery and he rested in peaceful one. Sad but good.

But we did have a worst flight I have ever experienced so far.

Why? I'm gonna tell you the story..

It was started before the tour, on the day of leaving, yes it was early morning like5 am on the day.

Ww booked a ticket with KLM. KLM emailed me that one of us ,actually I was my dad could not fly today...

I thought what the fuck is going on. They can't change our flight only just emailing.

And that's like on the day of leaving...

I called them up but they are not servicing in Japan... What the heck!!

So I had to go to the airport with my parents with big questions.

We got in the checkng counter and they said aircraft is delaying 2hours.

I said look you guys changed my father's reservation and send me a new flight info what the heck is going on?

They said it must be a system error.

What the...

But at this point our booking was something wrong because of their mis arrangent which we would know it on the way back. 

So and we had about 3and half hour layover at Amsterdam, we arrived in a tigel Berlin airport about 22pm. 

my patents enjoyed so far in Germany. So as my sister's.

Visited Opa cemetery and he rested in peace.

We had a good dinner with German relatives.

Norikos family enjoyed there as well.

 It was all good.

But crappy things started to happen again from on the way back.

I wanted to go to airport just in case something happens.

So we arrived in Berlin tigel airport 3hours before departure.

Yes it was enough time. We could check in normally but it seemed flight was not announced to be on time.

After we passed security screening, my wife found out our flight delay sign...

This was start of the disaster.

Flight delays because of weather, which was not so bad raining at all. I guess there was other reasons for that.

So we talked to the counter if we can still make a flight connection at Amsterdam. They said no....wtf

So we had to stay in Amsterdam or rebook a new flight transiting at Shanghai. 

Me and sister's husband have to go to work on Monday.

We had to rebook the tickets for o9ppl with 15suits cases....

When a staff tried to change our flights, it took like 30mins because KLM misarranged my dad and my ticket at the first time. So they had to contact other place to get the authorization of changing our ticket or something like that. On top of that, 9ppl including infant and kids, it's hard to get seats together...

We booked and paid for the seats for flights but we cannot get what we want.

 Then finally we had done ticketing.

And we passed security screening again.

But the same shits happened again at Amsterdam airport, they said they should be able to arrange the seat together but...We had to wait until everyone sit down and finally we can get a seat together! Gosh...

KLM to go Shanghai was really bad...

Service staff forgot 3times for our requests. My daughter's food, my drink, coffee, i could not believe I said it twice and they brought it maybe 1hour later just before landing... wtf...

Specially my daughter meal... 

At the Shanghai airport, we had to enter into China to pick up our suitcases and rechecked in...What the fuck was going on us! When is this shit finish?!That's what I literally thought back then.

So we walked with wheelchair dad and t kids and no-english speaking Chinese girl staff who was like first day working in airport,knowing nothing... 

Problem happens again at passport check point. Japanese doesn't have a visa but Germans needed.

WTF...Again...

I insisted to just pick up the fucking laggages and I wanna leave ASAP!

We were unfortunately came here due to KLM misarranged ticket and delaying flight!!

We finally got some kinda Visa, I just can't remember what she said because I was so tired. 

Glad us to clear the custom and picked up the suitcases but we lost one child buggy anyway, which took us to look for it ages at the laggage point! 

At this point,

I felt Lossing one of bagges was kinda normal after experiencing all the shit happened us.

So now we have only 1hour anf had left to the next flight, we went to the Japan airlines to check in again.

JAL did a best service today even staff was Chinese but she did a good job.

But there was another KLM misarrangment again. They changed our status and one of us, it was my mum. Her ticket was under controlling Lufthansa , so JAL staff have to get a permission to get it back. Which took us another 15mins wait....

Wait wait wait, discuss discuss, pissed off, exhausted, tied .. all are coming to me...

Anyway then we finally finished after 30mins waiting..

So let's get fuck outta here!!

We headed to security screening, at normal airport wheelchair person and withfamily can pass through a quick pathway. BUT in China, wheelchair person only can go with pushing staff. Which means they went pass quickly but they have to wait us right after screening. WTF is going on this country!!!

Besides departure checking as well...

Once we had to wait separately but that inexperienced wheelchair pushing staff kindly telling us nothing about we need a departure paper work....So we lined up and we found out we did not have that paper.  At this point it's almost boarding time... So we could cut in line and passed through!!!

I felt finally I can get out of here...

Then our departure gate was at the end of the hall, it's far. It's already boarding time. 

We kinda running to the gate and all the sudden that wheelchair staff stopped!! I said what are you doing!?!Our gate is little bit more.

She said I cannot go there, it's rule.

What the heck you are saying now? 

I don't want you, gimme that wheelchair!

She said no I can't, I have to wait until other staff comes.

Boarding is already started what the furrck?? 

She just started ignore us....

Fuck off this Bullshit Chinese Service S

Thanks for The best service, China. 

I pissed off, and dad stepped off from the wheel chair and started to walk to the gate. Dad was slow, so I ran to the gate and told the gate staff that  BCSS ditched us and playing with smartphone thete. So we had to walk here although my dad could not walk fast. See my dad is coming, wait a bit.

Gate was about to close, none there.

But we all thinking a same thing.

Get the fuck outta here, more more BCSS..

We all fit in the airplane. We felt all the words and behavior of the Japan airlines staff were well trained...How nice they were on the airplane.

Or KLM and the BCSS were just insane...

All I can say is now we are home without any sick and injury!!

It was one of the worst flight I have ever experienced....

But this trip with my parents and sister's family were one of the best one!! 

I feel my parents enjoyed so far and so good. 

We wanna go to Australia again, but with better airlines. Not KLM, not go through China...hahhah
