練習中後の猪肉

今朝はトレーニングを行い、その後
仕事へ！
今日は会社の仲間と食事へ
猪肉を食べました。
お客様で狩りが趣味の人がおられ
その方から最高の部位をいただき
イタリアン料理やで試食！
これがまた、臭みもなく
最高でした。
私の筋肉の一部となったことは間違いないっす
ありがとーごぜーますだ！

i had a bore meat today, long story to short, it was good.

One of our customer had a hobby to catch the bore...he slaughted it and sent us the meat.
We brought it to the italian restaurant where our boss goes almost eveyday..
Normally bore meat taste really strong, but this restaurant did a good job to tendar the meat and make it no smell as well.

This morning I woke up for training and now I feel this meat will be part of my muscle!
I will have a bore power muscle!hehehe

なんか掴めた！

昨日は、朝1ジム二時間
夜は打ちっぱへ

打ちっぱではやっとボールを
押す感覚がつかめた。
今までは、すくってるというか
払ってるというか、分厚い当たりがなかった。

昨日の練習で、少し変わったきが。インパクトの音も変わってきた！

次の課題は
バックスイングの逆おれとハイハンド。。
これなかなかなおらん。

地道に練習します。

last night, at indoor driving range, i finally found how to hit a ball with a better angle, clubhead loft.

its been my inpact sound was light one. i didnt know why it was.
someone mentioned me, your swing is upper cut swing, power is not transfered enough if u swing so. youd better to like smash the balls into the ground.

back then i didnt know what the means. but now i understand it.

my swing was upper cut one, so it boost only a spin rate, spind high and goes high in the air but die first and ball falls off quickly.

now its monday morning and my whole back shoulder is hurting.

its gonna be a bit of tough day!haha

recently there are good news just coming up to me.
i feels like something better might be coming.

anyway, despite my crappy long driving competition result, there is some news.

one,
Chris is getting married in oct.
i really wanna go for his wedding but im crossing my fingers to get a few days off.
im so happy that Chris is getting married, find a right girl!

two
Simon is also getting married next month!! i cant make it to be his wedding but i am really really happy! on top of that,.he is gonna be a dad next year.
i cant wait to see!
there are a looot of reason to go Australia now!

Matt and Bev is coming to Japan in Sep! my parents and noriko and we are happy to see again!

Four
Amie had done a Kaka at her toilet, she is doing a good girl!

so whats next good news coming!?
i hope father in law is getting better soon! this will have to be done!

雲行きが怪しくなってきた。。。

急にスコールみたいなんがきて。
現在足止めくらってまーす。

ちょっとゆるなったら帰れんのになー

so i drove my bike quickly but it was.too late...

i got socked and just waiting for getting less raining.

大阪室内ドラコン大会　

昨日室内のドラコン大会に参加

300はいくでしょーっと思いながら
振ってみると、スピンが異常に多く距離が延びず、結果は276
1ヤード記録更新！

結果は満足行くものではないが、プラス思考でいくことにします。

今年は残すとこあと１つ
９月の大会のみ
あと一ヶ月はんでどれだけスイング変えられるか、楽しみ

サー今日からまた気持ち切り替え
400y目指します。

i joined the indoor longdriving comp last night.
i thought i can surpass 300y easily but it was pretty hard to reach because my swing is upper angle one, so the spin ratio tends to higher...in that machine high spin means ball would climb up in the air, no longer distance.expected.

anyway my result was one yard.longee,276 which was fair enough.

but my swing speed was quicker than most of players.
i hope i can change my swing and keep the speed, i might have a chance to win next year.

my last competition will be in sep,
i really want to record 300yard+.

275yの初記録の後...

土曜日の奈良大会のあと
275yが初記録になり。。

負けず嫌いの私の心に
火が付きました。

400あと３年で飛ばしてやる。
三十代折り返しやけども
やってやるぅーーー

っと言うことで、日曜日はジムで筋トレ後素振り。
ドラコン選手みんなでかかったからなー頑張らねば。

真っ直ぐ飛ばす理論ももうちょい勉強がいるような。スイング理論苦手なんで。

この夏はいい時期やし、やるしかない。

LDJ　奈良大会　撃沈Again

今日はLDJの奈良大会に参加

結果は、、、、またもや全部OBとおもいきや。。。

275ヤード　

やったー初記録といいたいところだが
全然嬉しくない。

スカスカ当たり

先週は右に大きくそれたんで、今日は風もあったんでちょっと左向いて
打ってみた。。。

結果。。。真っ直ぐ飛んでしまい、左にOB,,,

そんなんありかいなーと思いながら

スカスカ2発、そのうちの一発が入ったようで。２７５

まあ記録なしよりいいかもって思いながら
嬉しいような悲しいような

来週は室内大会
これなら。。。

もっとがんばって練習しなければ。

今日エキサイトリーグの方の練習風景を見させてもらい
勉強になった。

まだまだやります。　逆に燃えてきました。

Today I wend to the long driving competition again.
This place was really good for making a new record, from 300y there is a downhill started.
So I was kinda excited to have a new record.

Anyway last wkd my balls went right side really badly.
So this time I set myself a bit toward the left side because my balls tend to go right side.
Then when I hit good, unfortunately my ball went to staright,,,,furrck
which means I hit toward left side. Thats bummer.
If I set myself jsut like usual, I could hit probaly 300yard.
then 2 really shitty hit and one balls went right side real bad.

So I do not know which ball got a grid. anyway my result was 275yard.
Its not even long drive.

But its better than nothing.

Today I saw the pros practice way, they were really good hitters.
Im kinda shocked to hear they could hit 93ms ball speed.

I wanna practice more to catch up with these guys.
