Find better golf traning
I feel like this exersize might be maximize my swing speed, I tried this 30mins training.
this should work out.
See how it goes. This will be one of my workout lists.

Im gonna train as hard as olympian do.
I will increase my swing speed till 65m/s, this year.
Obon week holiday just began
Obon week holiday just began, Got dayoffs til Wednesday.
Soon after I will be my holiday in Berlin. This week Im gonna do a few things,
finish the bike underkaul which left it for ages and I did not even know whats next to do..LOL
Buy a running shoes, it seems like i injured my back of feet. Ive got a pain sometimes.
I assume this is from my shoes. I need to buy one asap.
clean up my apartment, its so freaky messy right now.
game watch fixing, I bought so many junk game watches and some of them can be fixed.
but I am just lazy man,,, cant even sit down and have a relax...
Catch up with Hagimon, he is gonna come back to joyo with GF. catch up with him for sure.

longdriving comp
i went to check up the long driving comp today.
it was super windy against us.
so player can only hit around 260y which was not to far..
but only one big guy hit 307y and won it.
as far as i saw, everyone can hit 300plus if there is no wind.
so that guy must be able to hit more than 350y.
and announcer said he had a.record of 400y drive..
no wonder why!
but i found it out that i should work out more to get that power.
they were prerty big guys.
need more training for me!

70m/s clubhead speed
wow i cant believe some of the pros can swing 70m/s...
i made it but without a driver heas,just a single shaft swing...
i have to train very very hard to swing like them...
soo looooon way to go...
but i know i can do because i made it anyway(^^)
