Early golf day starting from 5:07!! 協和GC ５時スタート

Today we went to play golf with my mates. We supposed to go to the really nice golf course today but friend's friend ditched us, so we ended up to go to the normal one.Anyway it was pretty much fun. We booked the early start one, thats only because cheap!  But I didnt know it starts such early time!
We had to go to the golf course before 5:00AM!!!!!! Can you believe the golf course opens from 5am?!  Yah we are living in Japan, they do anything to make some money! ahhaha  Anyway we started it from 5AM. We were a bit sleepy for the first round, but it was not bad to start early, We finished it before noon. And I feel one day is really looooong today! I love looong weekend! hahaha

Speaking of my driving( golf driving), I could hit 300Yard this time! hehehe My distance is getting longer and longer!  But I also got dozens of OB shots! LOL It cannot avoid!!

I am so happy I could hit around 300Y. Im looking forward to joining the next long driving competition!  Im not talking about my score today, bcuz it is really crap... LOL

I bet female beginner can beat me!
So now, Im ready to hit some more balls! Going to the driving range for review my swing with my wife !! heheheh how hardcore am I!!

今日は５時からゴルフ、５時に開いてるなんて始めて知ったわー

ほんまは名門コースに行く予定が、連れの連れ？がドタキャンしよっていけへんなったから急遽この協和GCへ。　お金ないし安いとこって言ったら、朝５時のコースとりよった。。そんなに安なかったのに。。。笑

まあでも朝はよ起きてゴルフして、まだ帰っても時間がある。一日長いし結構いいかも！

始めの１コース目だけ眠かったけども、太陽も出てきて最高な天気に

スコアはぼろぼろやったけども、目標の３００Y飛んじゃったー　２本だけクリーンヒットして３００付近に落ちた。　ほんまによくとんだ思ったけど、まだ飛びそう。　芯にまだ当たってない気がしたし。

距離だけは伸びてるみたい、でもアイアン最悪やった。。。トップしまくり

まあ写真見たらわかると思うけど楽しかったです。　ゴルフ行くと話しもできるし、スポールやし真剣になるし、大人の遊びやなーって思う。　　もうちょいうまなれば他の人とも行きたいが、、、、もう少し練習いるなーーー笑　

今日スコアなら初心者の女性に負けそうな感じやし。。ははっは。。。　まあええわー楽しかったし。

では今から復習かねてうちっぱいってきマース！！ドライバー打ち足らんしなー！

Anyway on this Saturday, Im going to play golf at the course,
I dont care what my score will be, but I do care how far I can drive the ball!!

まあ簡単に言うとキャラバンで旅行、おもろいことあれば止まって
遊んでるだけ、、、、なんて最高な仕事や。。。
絶対こいつらに仕事っていう意味合いが違うとおもう、、いいなーー
最近仕事もおもろないし、前はおもしろかっていうとそうでもないけど
一つくらいは楽しいこともあったし。今はかなりがんばってるけど大変ってことばが
一番合う感じ。。。
ゴルフの趣味あってよかったわー
土曜は久々のコース、スコアよりも３００Y飛ぶか楽しみ、OBなんて気にせずおもいっきり
振り切る予定！　Nothing can stop meeee　LOL

headspeed 58mps, ヘッドスピード 58mやった

One more report, yesterday Tanaka san and I went to the Golf 5 shop.
And we tested our swing speed.
Tanaka san tried first and he got 52 to 54mps, and the staff was so surprised his swing speed.
Average speed for amature is about 45mps.
Compared with average, his swing is very fast.

Then I tried it,,, I guess this staff thought my swing is slower. Because Tanaka san is 188cm tall and pretty big guy. And I am like 175cm, just normal fit guy.

But I was surprised actually about my swing speed.
Fist attempt, Ive got 56mps... This staff was shocked...
And second was 58mps... This staff told me I am like long driving guys,,, yes I am,,,
Anyway I was happy that my swing speed increased. But it is not fast enough..
I need 65mps in a few years.

I dont know how accurate that machine was... But I know my swing is faster than normal guys...

一つ忘れてた、
昨日ゴルフ５にいって、スイングのスピード計った、
まず１８８cm　９０kgの田中さん、、５２ｍから５４ｍくらいだった
店員曰く、めっちゃ早いっすねー。なかなかいませんよーこんなひと
プロ並です。
ほんでおれの番。。ちょっと自信なかったけどいつもどおりに振ってみた。。
多分おれの方が体も小さいし、店員は何もきにしてなかったとおもうが、、
一発うったら、店員がびっくりしてた。。
ほんで計測器みたら、５６ｍ。。。
次は気合入れていったら５８ｍ、、
タイトリストの店員からこんな早い人は今まで数人しか
見たことないと、、ドラコン選手なみですねーって。。
普通のシャフトだったら暴れてしまうので、特注の硬いものでないとだめです、、と

別にクラブ買う気なんて全くなかったし、関係ないけど

ヘッドスピードがかなりあがったんでびっくりした、この半年で多分５ｍ以上あがった。。
あとは上手くあてれば、、結構とぶかも！

目標は６５ｍなんでもうちょっと筋トレ筋トレ！

500 balls at Driving range ５００球も打っちゃった。。。

I just came back from the driving range, phew,, I hit 500balls,,,
That was too much, Now my body specially my back is crying. Im sure I will have sored muscle tomorrow..

Today I changed my swing style. Yesterday my mate Tanakasan came down and we checked our swing style. His swing is like long driving guys. He can hit the high draw ball. But I cant.
And he gave me his swing analysis kinda tips. And that was totally different with my swing.
He lean sideway against the ball but I lean toward the ball. So my swing was like hitting down to the ball. But his swing was hitting upward to the ball.

I tried to lean sideway,  WOW my back swing is pretty much similar to Jamie Sadlowski who is the current long driving champion! Furrck Yahhh hheehehe

Actually my back swing changed a lot. and I could drive my power pretty efficiently to the balls. However it was very hard to change the swing habbit.
I tried so hard today to change my habbit. heheheh this was why I hit too many today.

I am very looking forward to competing again! hehehe I will get revenged!!

今日は５００球も打ちっぱなしで打っちゃった。最高につかれました、特に腰。。
明日絶対筋肉痛、、
昨日田中さんとスイングについて語り、自分のスイングをかえることにした。
田中さんのスイングは昔から飛ばしやのアッパースイング、おれのは正反対
色々話しているうちに、どこが違うかわかってきた。　ドラコンチャンピオンのジェイミーサドロスキーのスイングも分析したりして、、
まあ何が違ったかっていうと体の捻り方がおれのは全く違った。　骨盤の捻りも違うし、捻転度合いも違った。　ポイントはボールに対して前にかがんで捻るんじゃなくて、右方向に遠のくように捻ると
これがアッパースイングになるねんーびっくした。

でもこのスイングは本では絶対にやってはいけないって書いてあるスイングやし
ちょっとわらける、、

このスイングにしたらバックスイングしたときにめっちゃお尻がプリってでてしまうし
おもろいけど、ちょっとセクシーかも笑！
思いっきり体捻るし、ボールのインパクトの時の音はすごい感じやった。。。

８月の大会リベンジできそうです！　
あとは真っ直ぐとべば、、、、

Panasonic guys and Congraz to Christpher and Mayo

Last night we went to the after wedding party of Sophies mate.
Party was held at Osaka, in some kinda cafe.

Chris and Mayo was just married a few weeks ago in the shrine.
And the party last night was for their friends and co-workers.

Oh-yah there was many Panasonic guys, bcus he is working in Panasonic.
I could totally tell they are kinda smart geeky guys. And a few foreginers.

I dont know why but I think Im not good at socializing in the party.
I talked with a few girls and they all told me
''Oh-you are married with this beautiful girl ( Sophie). Good job''
Everyone we talked, they all said the same thing,,,,
All attentions went to Sophie I guess! :LOL Girls like western looking girl.

And there was one guy who I hated most there.  This guy looked so kook..
But he thought he is the no.1 coolest guys
He sometimes got a microphone and talked shits with Tokyo direct..
Furrk this guy get outt,,,
and he seems he can speak Englsih so he was kinda boasting his English ability,,,
But I assume most of them there could speak English there, LOL  barstard hahaha

Anyway except for this guy, the party was OK.  But not that fun I expected.
I drank 5 glass of cocktails and beers.  I was pretty drunk after while.

We call it for a day.  Congraz Chris and Mayo!! Keep in touch!

土曜の夜はゾフィーの友達の結婚２次会にいってきた、クリスはパナソニックで働いているので
８０％はパナソニックの同僚、　見ただけで、こいつはパナソニックやなーって感じのやつばっかり
やった。ちょっとお宅っぽい感じ。笑
まああんましなじめず、何人かの女の子と話したけども（男のやつとは話すきになれんくらい調子のりばっかり、、）全員が奥さんキレイですねー　Good Job...　
って、ほぼ全員から言われた。。
おいおい、遠まわしにおれのことブサイクって言いたいんかって感じやったわー笑
ゾフィーは目立つし、そっちに視線がいくみたいですわー

パーティーなかにめっちゃ気取った、東京から来たやつが一人いて
またこいつが調子のってて、おれできる男で、かっこいいやろーって
顔にかいてあるような奴がいたよ、、、びっくりした。。。　英語も話せるようで、外国人と自慢げに
話てたわー笑　残念ながらあそこにいるやつはほぼ全員英語できますんで、って言ってやりたかったけどあのタイプの男とはぜったいおれはあわん。　

まあなんやかんやで結構のんでもうて、顔まっか。。。　もうちょっと飲めばやばかった。アホなこと仕出してまうとこやった。。

幸せな二人を見て、おめでとうもいえたんでいい一日でした。

What the week,,, なんて一週間や、、

Oh-- I deserve the weekend,,, This week was one of the shittest one I ever had.!
I was so hectic, super busy. I felt like I am workaholic.

Thats because its just a lot of work which 3 of us cannot handle it.
On top of that, I had many meeting  and crap like that.
And Today one of my hatest Saturday meeting was held... whole day I was daydreamed.
I dunno why but I just hate the meeting, specially long one.  I really think whole day meeting is not productive at all. It was just reporting meeting...
Anyway I am working so called JAPANESE company, Its better to shut my mouth.

Then I went to the driving range by myself. Today was not bad.
I could hit kinda straight most of the time. I realized how important my pelvis movement is!
I think pelvis movement is one of the most important thing in Sports.
Ive been working our my flexibility there. I think I need a bit more time.

I have one more day left and next week will be even worse,,, because 2 of new worker will be in my department. I have to teach them from A to Z,,,,demnnnnn it.
But Im sure when these 2 girls can do some work, I will be less working...
I really hate 12 hours working,  I am not workaholic japanese. I ve got an half OZ mind.

やーーと週末、今週はいそがしすぎた。。。ほぼ毎日12時間労働、働くの嫌いやのに
なんでこんなにがんばらなあかんねんって思うわー
いそがしかったのは3名では手に負えない量の仕事、、ほんでおれは会議と打ち合わせで時間がないし、机戻ったら書類の山、、、ありえん
ほんで今日は土曜会議、、最悪でした。今日も報告会、もうちょいどうにかならんのかなって思う
一日会議は生産性が悪すぎるわ、、、結構みんな寝てたし。。
まああんまし言わんとこ、、

ほんで今日はうちっぱに行って来た、結構最近調子が上がってきた
真っ直ぐ飛んだし
やっぱ、骨盤大切やわーここがスピード生むなーー
今やってるストレッチももうちょいがんばればもっとどぶかも
昨日前で振ってたガリガリの兄ちゃんめっちゃ体柔らかくて、おれと一緒くらいとんだもんなー
腕なんておれの半分くらいしかなかったのに、、、実はちょっと悔しかったけど
負けず嫌いやし、絶対400飛ばしたる。。

来週から新人のお姉ちゃん2人入ってくるし、またいそがしなりそう、、、
覚悟できてるし、がんばります。。。

Mother's day

Happy Mother's day, mum!

We had a BBQ yesterday, the BBQ cooker which Paul and Matt gave us for a wedding gift worked perfect every time.
Noriko's family and our parents had a great time. I love BBQ.

I have nothing else to write down today, I just went to gym and now my arms are heavy,, hard to type... LOL
I just call it for a day now! Gnite

母の日、いつもありがとうーおかん、
昨日は実家で妹家族とBBQ,　マットとポールがくれた、BBQコンロがまたいい仕事をしてくれた。
ほんまにこれがおいしくできる。また昔みたいにみんなさそってBBQでもしよかなー

今日はとくに何もない普通の一日だった、ジムに言ったんで今キーボード打つのが辛いくらい腕がだるい、、、寝たのになんで治ってないんやろう、、年取った証拠かな！？

Hectic day after GW holiday

Golden week holiday was finished,,oh-- nahhh
I resumed working from today, and it sucked,,,
I thought its gonna be easy because some of other companies are still in the holiday.
But it was not,,, phone calling all the time and heaps of works to do.
I was hectic all the time today,,,bummer,,,

On top of that, I still felt I am still in the holiday.
So my brain just kept saying, to me, fuck the shit works! Lets go home and play some golf,,,,
I managed to beat this evil monster in my head! LOL

Anyway today was so crappy day,, one more day to be in the wkd, fuck yah.

GWも終わり、今日から仕事。最悪おもんなかった、まあいつものことやけど。
しかも今日は 暇やろうとおもてたのに、電話はようなるわ、色々やるこはあるわで
最低、、、　 しかもまだホリデームードが抜けてないおれには最高におもろない日でした。
あほな事いえる人がやめたんでおもんななりましたわー笑

頭んなかで、仕事なんてほっといてかえって、ゴルフいこうぜーって悪魔がいつもささやいてた。。
まあどうにか一日終わらせてかえれました。。。
明日行ったら週末、、、土曜日はうちっぱの予約もあるし、はよ週末よきてくれー

Alice in Wonderland, アリスと不思議の国

We watched Alice in the wonderland, 3D. It was interesting movie I guess.
Alice was grown up but she still have a dream about the wonderland, and she thinks its the nightmare. She forgot her experienced..
Anyway I think what they wanna pass on from the movie was MAKE UP YOUR MIND AND GO FOR IT...

I dont know why but I feel I often hear this kind of saying,,, I feel like I have to make up my mind and do something,,,what is that? I made up my mind to be a long driving competitor, and I hope I can be the top ranking one... but what else?! Maybe nothing else, dunno at the moment.
Or maybe this is for you, do you have something you have to decide? hahahah

Anyway this song below was the last ending song, which I liked it, but I didnt know Avril was singing this.. she can sing better! not like sk8er body!

This was my 2nd movie on the 3D, 3D movie was awesome, it is something like we have to watch it in theater. 
アリスと不思議の国を見てきた、結構おもしろかった。アリスも大人になってて、でもまだ不思議の国の夢をみる、でも全く覚えてないから悪夢だとばかり思ってた、ある日またウサギが現れて
穴に落ちる。。
そんなとこから不思議の国にもどるねんけども、
この映画で伝わったことは、自分で決心しなさいってことやわ。Make up your mind..
なんか最近よくこの言葉が耳につく、おれに決心しなあかんことがあるみたいに感じる。。
なんやろ！？心当たりが全くない、、ドラコン選手になる決心はしたし、できればトップ選手になってやると恥ずかしいが本気で思ってる、つうかなる気。
ほかに何があるやろ？　もしかしておれのことじゃなくて、これを読んでくれたあなたにあるのかも！

この曲は最後のエンディングの曲、なんか久々にいい歌やなーっと思ったら
アビリル　ラビーンが歌ってた、こんないい声だせるんやっておもった。ちょっと大人になってきれいにもなってた。　
３Dの映画2回目やけど、結構いいわーこれでないと映画館に行く意味ないねー
普通のやったら全部ダウンロードで見れるし、、

As I am in the golden week holiday, I can listen Hamish and Andy show live on Air by internet radio. How cool is that! This is my small happiness. hahaha

Now we are heading to Kyoto city for night out to see Sophie's mate, Helen.
I just didnt do anything today, because my back is a bit in pain from training,

So I went to the electronics store and tried the massage chair, the most expensive one.
But yah I guess machine is a machine,,, its not massaging the right point.

Anyway we will party hard tonight! hahaha

This is true, it is very hard to make up the mind and keep the motivation for a long time period.
Person who can do like this, I admire them.  I hope I can be like them oneday.

Golden week holiday

Today is the first day of this Golden week, you guys might know our golden week holiday.
I will be in holiday until 5th of May. resume working on the 6th,,not looking forward to doing thuogh.

Anyway today was the first day of GW.  I just cleaned my room and ran a bit to my parents house, which was about 20mins run, Then I went to gym and I worked out lightly.

Came back home and watch a movie, 96hours. It was OK, story was kinda Daddy worked in the goverment agent and his daughter kidnapped to the prostitution group. Dad pissed off and saved her with his all the power, kinda story,.. sounds pretty crap, but it was just OK.

Now its time to go bed and thinking what to do tomorrow. Of course I will go driving range! hehehe

今日からGW,　5日までお休み、最高です。最近めっちゃ忙しかったし、よくがんばってたとおもう。
今日は部屋掃除して、大掃除、、ほんでから実家まで20分ほど走ってみた。結構足に来たけどおもったより走れた。　んでから暇だったんでジムに、、、軽く鍛えてストレッチして
んで今日はおしまい。　
借りてきた映画みて　96っていう映画、ストーリーは親父がもとCIAみたいな人でめっちゃ強く
娘が旅行にいって、売春グループに誘拐され、んで怒った親父がそのグループをつぶしに行くって感じ。。。なんか自分に娘ができたら、同じことやってまいそう、、、
でもそんなおれつよないしな。。まあいい
映画はまずまず、普通でした。知ってたらみなかった。感じ

明日は何しよかなー予定ないし、うちっぱでもいきまーす。予定あってもうちっぱは行ってるけど。
